Paint consultation: $140 (up to 6 rooms) + $10 each additional room. Includes in-home visit and paint samples mailed to your home. Choose from Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams offerings. Payment due at time of service.
*Painting contractors are not currently provided by Kate Murphy Design LLC. Once selections are approved, Kate Murphy Design LLC is not responsible for any cost associated with re-selections.
Window Treatment Consultation: Billed at hourly rate. Measure and installation quotes will also be provided.
“Home for sale” consultation: $140 for an in-home consultation providing feedback on getting your home ready for showings and online marketing. A comprehensive list of what to add, keep, move and remove will be provided as well as advice for enhancing and disguising architectural features. Time over 1 hour will be billed at the hourly rate. Payment due at time of service.
Travel fee(s): Billed at $50 per hour (billable in 15 min. increments.)
